• Ticket Submission Portal

• Customer Ticket Portal

What can customers do in the ticket submission portal?

Customers can:

• Submit tickets

• Set priority

• Add details and attachments

What can customers do in the customer ticket portal?

Customers can:

• View open and closed tickets

• See ticket status

Customers cannot currently update or respond to tickets directly in the portal.
