Your company profile is the foundation for everything ZestMSP shows to your team and your customers — your name on invoices, the address on documents, the logo in the portal, and the working hours that drive SLA clocks. Get this set up before you invite your team or onboard your first customer.
Open Settings
Go to Configurations → Settings.
You'll see four areas on this page: your company profile, your Client portal link, your timezone and working hours, and your non-working days.
Update your company profile
The top of the page shows your company name, abbreviation, address, support email, and website, along with your logo.
To update any of these, click directly on the field and edit in place. Replace the logo by clicking the image and uploading a new file.
Tip: Use a square logo at least 200×200. ZestMSP scales it down for avatars, navigation, and the client portal — square keeps it sharp in every spot.
Confirm your Client portal URL
The right side of Settings shows your Client portal settings with your portal address (e.g., support.yourdomain.io).
This is the URL customers visit to submit and review their tickets. Click the icon next to the address to copy it. Configuration for what customers see on the portal lives in a separate article — see Configure your Client Portal.
Set your timezone and working hours
Under Timezone and working hours, choose your country and timezone from the dropdowns. ZestMSP uses these for everything time-related: when tickets are created, when SLAs tick down, when invoices are dated.
Below the timezone, the days of the week appear as toggles. Click a day to mark it as a working day; click again to mark it as non-working. Then enter the Working hours start and end times that apply across your working days (e.g., 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM).
Why this matters: SLA targets configured on your Queues are evaluated against your working hours. If a 4-hour Resolution SLA ticket comes in at 5:00 PM on a Friday with an 09:00–18:00 schedule, the clock pauses overnight and the weekend, and picks up Monday at 09:00.
Configure your non-working days
To the right, click Set up the non-working days to open the holiday and PTO calendar. Add any company-wide non-working dates — federal holidays, company-wide shutdowns, year-end closures — and mark any that repeat (e.g., Independence Day, Christmas Day) as recurring so you only configure them once. These dates are excluded from SLA calculations the same way nights and weekends are.
